Pennsylvania became the fifth state to launch legal sports betting post the abolishment of PASPA, the law which forbade online sports betting in the United States. Following in the footsteps of New Jersey, Delaware, Mississippi and West Virginia.
Sports fans had to wait patiently in Pennsylvania after the state was confined to retail sports betting before finally launching a fully regulated online market in 2019.

Anyone physically present in Pennsylvania can bet with PA sportsbooks that means you do not have to be a resident of the Keystone State to place a bet there.
