They have stayed competitive against some better teams in their conference this year and their offense has been playing well. Iowa State has looked good this year against the lesser teams but have struggled when up against better teams. KSU is going to keep this game close with their offense and have a chance to even win this game here at home. The best bet to place in this game is KSU to cover the spread here as ISU will struggle to keep up with them in this game on offense.  Iowa State Kansas State Prediction:  Our NCAAF Pick for Saturday, October 16, 2021 (7:30 pm ET start time) is KSU 31 ISU 27.Don't miss our champion handicappers free picks and expert football picks today.  And if you enjoyed this Iowa State Cyclones Kansas State Wildcats prediction, be sure to drop by every day for our weekly NCAAF predictions and previews. NCAAF Betting Trends Iowa State Cyclones: 46-51 ATS when the total is between 49.5 and 56. 69-79 ATS in road games. 54-64 ATS in games played on turf. 97-130 O/U in all games. 29-45 O/U as a favorite. 44-55 O/U in road games.Kansas State Wildcats: 35-29 ATS as an underdog of 3.5 to 10 points. 187-148 ATS in all games. 54-38 ATS when the total is between 49.5 and 56. 82-54 ATS as an underdog. 32-18 ATS as a home underdog. 102-72 ATS in home games. 140-99 ATS against conference opponents. 137-96 ATS after playing a conference game. 144-114 ATS in games played on turf. 73-44 ATS in October games. 60-36 ATS off a loss against a conference rival. Key Injuries  Iowa State Cyclones:  None. UCF Knights vs. Cincinnati Bearcats Picks and Game Preview -- 10/16/2021

Said world will get to see one of the more complete teams in the country continue to flex its muscle. The Bearcats are coming off a convincing seven-touchdown win over the Temple Owls at home, six days after their biggest win at the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Star quarterback Desmond Ridder continued his Heisman candidacy with 259 yards and three touchdown passes.Temple kept things somewhat close in the first half down 17-3, but Cincy scored two touchdowns in the first four minutes of the third quarter -- including a 75-yard scamper from running back Jerome Ford -- to put the game out of reach. Ford carried it 15 times for 149 yards and two touchdowns.“First time really playing a complete game,” Bearcats coach Luke Fickell said. “Not saying perfect by any means, but a complete game. We talked about keeping that pressure on.”It was the 31st straight win for Cincinnati against unranked opponents, and once again, it was a complete effort on both sides. The Bearcats defense held Temple quarterback D'Wan Mathis to 120 yards and an interception while sacking him five times. The Bearcats are also trying to extend their home winning streak to 24 straight when they face UCF. Only the Clemson Tigers have a longer streak than Cincy at this rate.UCF has hit a snag since its 2-0 start found them inside the top-25. One-score losses to the Louisville Cardinals and Navy Midshipmen haven't helped the cause, but the Knights got back on track with a four-point home win against the East Carolina Pirates last Saturday. It did require 10 points in the final 5:06 for UCF, but a one-yard score from Mark-Antony Richards with 23 seconds left preserved the win, but not the 10-point cover. Knights quarterback Mikey Keene had only 194 yards on 23 of 35 passing and also threw an interception. If UCF is going to have any chance, Keene needs to play better than that. He got a lot of help from running back Johnny Richardson (104 yards, 1 TD), but in a potential scoring battle against this Cincinnati offense he needs to go off.PredictionSomething hasn't clicked for UCF as of late, and this has all the makings of Cincy overwhelming the Knights within the first 10 minutes. The Bearcats defense has averaged 12.2 points per game while holding offenses to under 300 total yards per game (294.4). Hard to think UCF does anything better than that. Cincinnati by 27 Betting trendsUCF is 4-14 against the spread the past three seasons against conference opponents, but 12-6 straight up.UCF is 3-10 ATS since 1992 when an underdog between 21.5 and 31 points.Statistical leadersUCF:Passing: Dillon Gabriel -- 814 yards -- 9 TD, 3 INTRushing: Johnny Richardson -- 297 yards, 1 TDReceiving: Ryan O’Keefe -- 315 yards, 1 TDCincinnati:Passing: Desmond Ridder -- 1,304 yards, 12 TD, 2 INTRushing: Jerome Ford -- 520 yards, 8 TDReceiving: Alec Pierce -- 387 yards, 2 TDDon't miss our champion handicappers' free picks and expert football picks today. Boston Red Sox vs Houston Astros Odds, Preview and Picks - 10/15/2021

Boston Red Sox vs Houston Astros Odds, Preview and Picks - 10/15/2021Game Time:  8:07 pm ET, Friday, October 15th, 2021 Venue: Minute Maid Park, Houston, TexasWhere to Watch: FOXOpening MLB Odds at USA SportsbooksDraftKings: Moneyline: Houston -150, Boston +130; Over/Under: 8 runs BetMGM: Moneyline:  Houston -145, Boston +120; Over/Under: 8 runs BetRivers: Moneyline: Houston -143, Boston +123; Over/Under: 8 runsSeason RecordThe Red Sox finished the season  92-70 tied with the New York Yankees for 2nd place in the AL East.  This triggered a 1-game Wild Card matchup between the hated rivals.  The Red Sox won 6-2 and sent the Yankees out of the postseason in 9 easy innings.  Then The Red Sox had to face the American League East champs the Tampa Bay Rays.  The Rays finished the regular season with a 100-62 record.  They dominated the regular season and held off all challengers on a simple philosophy… The Rays made every game a bullpen game and relied on the collective ERA of never over-taxing the arms to win contests.  It was great for the regular season.  The Red Sox promptly lost Game 1 of a best 3 of 5 series 5-0.  Game 2 the Red Sox found their offense and beat the Rays 14-6.  The Sox won the next 2 games 6-4 and 6-5.The Houston Astros finished the regular season 95-67 to clinch 1st place in the AL West. It was tough going for the Astros players as they are roundly booed in every stadium except their own.  The nation is holding on to that whole “they cheated to win a World Series” reality.  The Astros players that made the All-Star game skipped it “to spend time with their cheating families”.  The Astros opened the playoffs in an ALDS against the Chicago White Sox which they easily won in four games.  Game 1 a win 6-1.  Game 2 a win 9-4.  Game 3 a loss 12-6 (the White Sox found some homers at the plate).  Game 4 was the win that finished it 10-1.ALCS Game 1 is set. OFF A 2-0 SWEEP Tuesday, Big Al's now a BURNING-HOT 39-16 his last 55, and he's also 13-2 his last 15 on the basepaths. Here, pick up Big Al's HUGE Dodgers/Giants Game 5 Winner, and ABSOLUTELY BURY your Book on Thursday. Go get it!..  Get Al’s pick!!… It's available right now at the Shop Picks page, where you can find all of the Best Bets from our champion sports handicappers.  Keep coming back to dominate these playoff games.Red Sox vs Astros Preview and AnalysisOffensive Analysis The Boston Red Sox are leading the MLB playoffs in team batting average .328.  In five games played they have 63 hits, 11 home runs, 32 RBIs.  A powerful statement that they can score on anyone. The Astros are 3rd in the playoffs in team batting average .288.  In 4 games played they have 40 hits, 4 HRs, 31 RBIs. They are leading the playoffs in stolen bases 5 and BB 18.  They can score with the best of them… and if they can’t they will find a way (wink).Defensive AnalysisThe Boston Red Sox are fortunate to have such a potent lineup on offense because they are 6th in the playoffs in defense.  From the mound Boston has a team ERA of 4.13.  They have given up 9 home runs and walked 11 while striking out 57 batters.  To make matters worse the two teams they beat to get here, the Rays and Yankees, are below average in both playoff offense and defense… so the offensive numbers may be inflated. The Astros pitching rotation is actually lower than the Red Sox.  The Astros are 7th in pitching in the playoffs.  A 4.63 team ERA.  They have only given up 3 HRs… but 41 hits and 18 ER in 4 games is a tad high.  Every team with a worse ERA in the Playoffs has already been eliminated. They've allowed 25 points or more in those three losses and still gave up 21 in a win to the San Francisco 49ers.And now they have to try and outlast a Pittsburgh team without their franchise quarterback. The frustrations for Wilson are evident. Not many quarterbacks could have 10 touchdowns to 1 interception and somehow find himself on a 2-3 football team. Now the offense turns to Smith, the former New York Jets quarterback who hasn't started a game in what seems like forever.Smith was actually decent for the most part last Thursday against the Los Angeles Rams. He went 10 of 17 for 131 yards and a touchdown, but did throw the game-deciding interception in the closing minutes. The good news is compared to his time with the Jets, Smith actually has weapons. DK Metcalf had 98 yards and two touchdowns last week, and Tyler Lockett also had five receptions for 57 yards. But that strong defense hasn't been so mighty as of late. Sure, they kept the Rams out of the end zone for the majority of the night, but Matthew Stafford still threw for 365 yards and a touchdown. Darrell Henderson Jr. ran for 82 yards and a touchdown. Robert Woods also went off for 150 yards on 12 receptions. If there was a time for the Steelers offense to get going on this Seahawks defense, it's this week. The offensive line is not giving Ben Roethlisberger time, they're not making things easy with the rushing attack for rookie running back Najee Harris, and they're wasting the talent at wide receiver the Steelers have.Things may start to open up with JuJu Smith-Schuster out for the rest of the season. Chase Claypool had 130 yards and a touchdown last week against the Denver Broncos, while young receiver Diontae Johnson had 72 yards and a touchdown, as well. Tack on with this defense getting after a veteran quarterback not as talented as Wilson, things will look good in the Steel City.PredictionHarris ran for 122 yards against a really good Denver defense. If this is a sign of things to come, you feel pretty good about the Steelers right now. The Seahawks need to find a way to stay afloat, but it won't be this week. Steelers by 13 Betting trendsThe Seahawks are 7-1 against the spread in their last eight after allowing 350 passing yards or more in their previous game. The under is 8-2 out of the last 10 following a Seahawks loss.Pittsburgh is 69-38 ATS in October games since 1992.Pittsburgh is 9-2 ATS after the over cashed in its previous game.Players to watch Seahawks: Linebacker Bobby Wagner has 19 tackles and a forced fumble in two career games against Pittsburgh. Tulsa overcame 614 total yards of Memphis offense, but forced three turnovers despite having the ball for seven minutes less than the Tigers. That's why college football is such a weird anomaly that one can never understand.Quarterback Davis Brin threw only 21 times, but had 182 yards and two touchdowns on just 11 completions including a 63-yard bomb to Josh Johnson early in the fourth quarter to give Tulsa that two-score lead.Tulsa has won two of three after starting the season 0-3. It seemed like it was only a matter of time before Tulsa would turn things around. After a five-point loss at Oklahoma State and a strong effort in the loss to Ohio State, Tulsa beat Arkansas State by a touchdown three weeks ago.Tulsa's offense is capable of carrying them on plenty of nights. The passing attack, led by Brin, is averaging 274.8 yards per game. A solid running attack has the Hurricane averaging almost 445 yards per game. The downside is they haven't scored (24.3 PPG) and their defense is too leaky (32.7 PPG allowed). But South Florida isn't good at either of those either, which sets up well for Tulsa. The Bulls have started the season with four losses in five games with only two notable appearances: an eight-point loss to BYU, and their lone 21-point victory against Florida A&M.USF is coming off a 24-point loss to the now-23rd ranked SMU Mustangs two weeks ago. The Bulls couldn't match with SMU's high-octane offense despite trailing by only 10 going into the fourth quarter.Terry McClain threw for 223 yards on 14 of 22, but didn't throw a touchdown. Jimmy Horn Jr. caught five of those passes for 102 yards while Brian Battie was held to a team-high 46 yards on seven carries.South Florida is giving up nearly 500 yards on defense, including 218.6 on the ground. For an attack that just had leading back Shamari Brooks run for 126 and two touchdowns against the Memphis defense, that's salivating.PredictionThis shouldn't be too hard for Tulsa. Coming off a big win at home, going on the road against a team that's fallen off a steep cliff the past few years should not be a tough challenge. Tulsa by 21 Betting trendsTulsa is 12-1 against the spread in its last 13 road games.Tulsa is 8-21 ATS since 1992 after being outgained by at least 125 yards in consecutive games.South Florida is 1-18 straight up in its last 19 games as an underdog.South Florida is 4-4 in its last eight ATS as a home underdog.Statistical leadersTulsa:Passing: Davis Brin -- 1,649 yards, 8 TD, 8 INTRushing: Shamari Brooks -- 416 yards, 3 TDReceiving: Josh Johnson -- 508 yards, 2 TDSouth Florida:Passing: Timmy McClain -- 781 yards, 1 TD, 2 INTRushing: Jaren Mangham -- 189 yards, 9 TDReceiving: Xavier Weaver -- 328 yards, 1 TDDon't miss our champion handicappers' free picks and expert football picks today. Las Vegas Raiders vs. Denver Broncos Odds, Picks and Preview -- 10/17/2021

The Las Vegas Raiders, ladies and gents. And you thought losing two straight after a 3-0 start was the biggest problem they had to deal with.Jon Gruden has "resigned," if you even want to call it that, as coach of the Raiders. Special teams coach Rich Bisaccia will take over the reigns this Sunday when the suddenly struggling Raiders head to Mile High to face the Denver Broncos, also losers of two in a row.Gruden is now gone after a report from The New York Times surfaced of emails he exchanged with former Washington Football Team president Bruce Allen covering a whole range of topics we don't need to get to here. Either way, Gruden is rightfully gone and the Raiders can move on without this being a distraction. On the field, the Raiders' offense has suddenly fizzled after it's red-hot start. Las Vegas has scored 23 points combined the past week after averaging 30 a game the first three weeks. Derek Carr was held to just 206 yards and an interception, quickly putting an end to his MVP campaign as quickly as it started. The Raiders offense was held to under 200 yards for most of last Sunday until garbage time. The Chicago Bears, notably former Raider pass rusher Khalil Mack, made life hell for Carr and the offense. That's not to say Las Vegas didn't have its chances. Young receiver Bryan Edwards dropped a potential 70-yard pass that would've put the Raiders in field goal range on the first drive of the second half. That was only a microcosm of how bad the passing game was. Darren Waller had only 45 yards on four receptions, while Hunter Renfrow was held to 56 yards on six catches. It's certainly a contrast of two teams on two-game losing streaks heading into this week. The Broncos are coming off an 8-point loss at the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday in what we could call a blown opportunity for Denver. The Steelers have not been good this season, and not even that stout defense could contain Pittsburgh long enough.Teddy Bridgewater continues to play well for the Broncos after throwing for 288 yards and two touchdowns in the loss. Courtland Sutton has emerged as a true No. 1 in Denver after seven catches for 120 yards and a touchdown, playing very well in the absence of leading receiver Jerry Jeudy. You have to think the passing attack will be stellar once the second-year wideout returns. The problem was the Denver offense, but not to that extent. The Broncos were 2 of 12 on third down, stunting the offense's day of production. Denver also scored 13 of its 19 points in the fourth quarter."We can't wait until the game is out of hand to have a sense of urgency," Bridgewater said. The loser is likely finding itself with the Kansas City Chiefs in last place, which is still a weird concept to grasp.PredictionI will say this: The Raiders loved Gruden as a coach. For at least the time being, that's going to be a distraction. Going on the road to face an improved Denver team will be a tough ask, and if that offensive line struggles again like it did against the Bears, it'll be a field day for Von Miller and co. Broncos by 10 Betting trendsThe Raiders are 6-17 against the spread since 1992 coming off an upset loss by 10 points or more. The Raiders are 19-42 ATS in the last 30 years after scoring seven points or less in the first half in consecutive games.Denver is 3-3 ATS as a home favorite in the last three years.Players to watch Raiders: Wide receiver Henry Ruggs is looking for his fifth consecutive game of at least 50 receiving yards. Broncos: Receiver Tim Patrick has at least five receptions and 85 yards in two of his last three games.Statistical leadersRaiders:Passing: Derek Carr -- 1,605 yards, 8 TD, 4 INTRushing: Peyton Barber -- 143 yards, 1 TDReceiving: Darren Waller -- 319 yards, 2 TDDefense: Solomon Thomas -- 2.5 sacksBroncos:Passing: Teddy Bridgewater -- 1,180 yards, 7 TD, 1 INTRushing: Melvin Gordon -- 282 yards, 2 TDReceiving: Courtland Sutton -- 377 yards, 1 TDDefense: Von Miller -- 4.5 sacksDon't miss our champion handicappers' free picks and expert football picks today. Ari and Cle should not be this close.  The Cardinals players are being undervalued... They should not only win ATS, but should win outright.  Sean's STELLAR 48-26 NFL big ticket run continues with his 10* TNF Total of the Month for October featuring the Bucs vs. Eagles! Murph hasn't enjoyed the start to the season he was hoping for but he's still on an AWESOME 233-190 NFL tear and has BIG PLANS for this week; it all starts right here! Get Sean’s picks!!....  They are available right now at the Shop Picks page, where you can find all of the Best Bets from our champion sports handicappers. Cardinals vs Browns Preview and Analysis  Offensive AnalysisThe Cardinals are ranked 6th in offense in the NFL scoring 31.4 points per game on 413.2 yards per game.  Kyler Murray is 124-165 for a 75% completion rate for 10 touchdowns and 4 interceptions.  He has been on the wrong side of 10 sacks. The Browns are ranked 5th in offense in the NFL.  They are scoring 28.4 points per game on 435.6 yards per game.  They get more yards than the Cardinals but score a few less points. Baker Mayfield doesn’t have quite the passing stats as Kyler Murray.  Baker is 97-145 for 66.9% completion, 4 TDs and 2 INT.  He has been on the receiving end of 13 sacks…. So why is he (and the Browns) favored?... The running game.  The Browns backfield picks up a lot of yardage and the vast majority of the touchdowns.  Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt are the engine that drives Cleveland’s games.  Defensive AnalysisArizona’s defense is ranked 13th.  Giving up 19 ppg and 353.4 ypg.  They have stand-outs like Budda Baker with his 36 tackles and Chandler Jones with his 5 sacks. They held the San Francisco 49ers to just 10 points last week…. Oh and they are a great big part of the five-game winning streak to open the season.Cleveland’s defense is ranked 4th in the NFL.  They give up 22.8 points (3 pts more than the Cards D) per game, but are ranked so highly for the stingy 298.8 yards per game.  Myles Garrett is the heart and soul of the defensive unit with 21 tackles and 7 sacks.  He is a beast!  The odd part of Cleveland being ranked higher for giving up fewer yards is…. Don’t they count up POINTS to determine the winner? Cincinnati Bengals vs. Detroit Lions Odds, Picks and Preview -- 10/17/2021

The Green Bay Packers were just begging them to eat the broccoli, but they wouldn't bite.It could be worse. You could be actually handed the candy like the Detroit Lions were last week, only for Big Jimmy Hanson to beat you up, steal your candy and run away laughing maniacally.Who's getting the candy this week? We'll find out Sunday when the Bengals visit the Lions in this Week 6 matchup. The Bengals played admirably against one of the best quarterbacks of all time, only to fall short in overtime after the 3 millionth field goal attempt that actually didn't miss. But for a team that's on the rise and trying to find a winning identity, Joe Burrow held his own against Aaron Rodgers.Burrow, who thankfully is fine after going to the hospital for a possible throat contusion, threw for 281 yards and two touchdowns last week against Green Bay. Sure, he threw two interceptions and he'd more than likely want that one in overtime back for the rest of his life, but he still did his part. The former No. 1 pick is looking for a third straight game of at least 275 passing yards and his third straight road game of at least two touchdown passes.Should he continue to develop this (NFL) chemistry with Ja'Marr Chase, that won't take much time. Chase, the No. 5 overall pick and former teammate of Burrow's at LSU, had six receptions for a career-high 159 yards and a touchdown. The Tiger connection has transitioned from purple and yellow to orange and black with ease.Chase is the fifth rookie ever to have 50 or more yards in his first five career games, and his five receiving touchdowns lead all rookie receivers."We weren't in unmanageable situations," Bengals coach Zac Taylor said. "Just couldn't quite get in that rhythm, and in the second half it just seemed like we had much longer possessions and kind of got on flow and called the game the way we wanted to."The Bengals would be in such an enviable position had one of McPherson's feld goals made it. Alas, they're still in the race for the AFC North. Whereas their opponents this week are just praying for a win. It's gotten so bad for the Lions that Dan Campbell is crying tears of depression after games. And can you blame the man? Detroit should have at least two wins right now had it not been for kickers. Justin Tucker's 66-yard field goal still haunts his dreams. This week it was Greg Joseph hitting a 54-yard field goal as time expired, moments after Detroit was gifted a touchdown to take the lead, but still lost 19-17 to the Minnesota Vikings."You want it for everybody, man. You've got to earn one. We're this close. We haven't done it," Campbell said.To be fair, the Lions have been right there. If you put this winless Lions team up against the one that went 0-16, the 2021 squad would mop the floor with that group. The Lions could easily be 3-2 had things bounced their way. Jared Goff hasn't been awful, but still not great. He threw for 203 yards and an interception while the Detroit running game combined for 108 yards and a touchdown.PredictionIn this battle of someone's got to win, there will be no elements to deter the kicking game for Cincinnati this week. Not saying this will come down to another last-second field goal, but you should never rule it out for the kneecap biters. Alas, it will be the Bengals winning this comfortably and moving to 4-2. Bengals by 13 Betting trendsThe Bengals are 13-4 against the spread since 1992 after four or more consecutive unders. The over is 10-3 in the Lions’ last 13 games following an under.Detroit is 2-8 ATS in its last 10 after covering the spread in two of its last three.Players to watch Bengals: Joe Mixon is hoping for his third consecutive game with a rushing touchdown. The running back has at least 70 yards from scrimmage in three of his last four road games. Lions: Tight end T.J. Hockenson is fourth in the NFL at his position with 21 receptions. He’s become Jared Goff’s favorite target.Statistical leadersBengals:Passing: Joe Burrow -- 1,269 yards, 11 TD, 6 INTRushing: Joe Mixon -- 386 yards, 3 TDReceiving: Ja’Marr Chase -- 456 yards, 5 TDDefense: Trey Hendrickson -- 4.5 sacksLions:Passing: Jared Goff -- 1,303 yards, 7 TD, 3 INTRushing: Jamaal Williams -- 244 yards, 2 TDReceiving: T.J. Kansas City Chiefs vs. Washington Football Team Odds, Picks and Preview -- 10/17/2021

There, Kansas City is not good at all. The Chiefs defense proved that once again by giving up 38 points to Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills on Sunday Night Football. You'd like to think the Chiefs could figure things out against the Washington Football Team in Week 6, but who even knows anymore? This isn't a dig at Allen or the Bills, who are most certainly the favorite in the AFC right now. But this is the same team that was rocked in the AFC Championship Game nine months ago, in that same stadium. Throw a lightning delay into the mix on Sunday for good measure, but that wasn't considered something that should've dictated how bad Kansas City was on Sunday.Whatever bad run the defense is on has somehow moved to the other side of the ball, particularly Patrick Mahomes. He threw for 272 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions in what was an uncharacteristic evening from the former MVP. To make matters worse, running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire is on injured reserve after sustaining a knee injury. The star trio of Travis Kelce, Tyreek Hill and Mecole Hardman were all held to under 100 yards, and Kelce was the only one to have a touchdown. Maybe it's a good thing that extra game was added to the schedule for purposes of less panic."We know we have what it takes to be great. We have a lot of great players that have been really good other places," Mahomes said. "We know we have what it takes. It's a matter of coming together now and finding a way to do that."But it's very weird to look at the season averages to see the Chiefs giving up more points (32.6) than they do scoring (30.8). It's a weird time to see a Mahomes-led team struggling, but things can change on a weekly basis. And if you're the Washington Football Team, you better be finding a reason why your defense hasn't stopped a nosebleed to start.Supposed to be one of the top defenses in the league with ample amounts of young talent, Washington is giving up 31 points per game with only four takeaways to its credit.Offensively, it hasn't translated with quarterback Taylor Heinicke. He had 248 yards on 20 of 41 passing last week against the New Orleans Saints, only to throw two interception. Somehow, allowing Jameis Winston to complete 50 percent of his passes while throwing four touchdowns makes him look like Drew Brees."I think we lack a little bit of confidence right now," Washington coach Ron Rivera said. "I'm very frustrated. We have too many good football players. Your record tells everybody what you are. We're a 2-3 football team."PredictionMuch like their game against the Philadelphia Eagles a couple weeks ago, this is the perfect chance for both sides of the ball to settle down for the Chiefs. It won't ease the qualms, but Kansas City at least knows it's a far better team than the Washington club. An easy win for Kansas City on the road to get back to .500. Chiefs by 20 Betting trendsThe Chiefs are 2-8 in their last 10 against the spread when they don’t cover two of their previous three games.Kansas City is 15-4 ATS since 1992 after allowing 25 points or more in three straight games. The under is 15-9 in Kansas City games following a game where the total was 50 or more.Washington is 3-10 in its last 13 ATS after a home loss.Players to watch Chiefs: Darrel Williams becomes the lead running back with Edwards-Helaire on IR. Hopefully the performance is 10 times better than what the New York Jets and Atlanta Falcons gave us a week ago. However, I will be fair for a moment. The Jets actually made it an interesting game all the way to the fourth quarter before they Jets-ed it away. And as it pertains to this week's matchup, the Dolphins will have quarterback Tua Tagovailoa back after dealing with fractured ribs the past few weeks. No disrespect to QB Jacoby Brissett, but again, if you're growing the game, he doesn't move the needle to face Trevor Lawrence.Which in hindsight, it's already a bad look for Lawrence to carry the lifeless corpse of an 0-5 team to London. The Jags are coming off an 18-point loss to a banged-up Tennessee Titans team at home in what has been just a horrendous situation for the No. 1 overall pick. The player is not the problem. He had 273 yards, a touchdown and an interception last week and is doing everything a young quarterback can do with no elite weapons and absolutely no help on the defensive side. Lawrence had a quarterback rating of 92.1 and is looking for his third straight game with that number. His six touchdown passes top all rookies and the 1,146 yards are second."I see a group of warriors. I see a group of players that I love to death," head coach Urban Meyer said. "I see a group of players that are spilling it on the field and we're not getting it. We're not closing it out."But the Jacksonville defense is not what it used to be, and that's where the Dolphins can take advantage. The Jaguars have allowed 30.4 points per game and have only one takeaway this season. Jalen Ramsey and Calais Campbell aren't walking through that door. With Tagovailoa off IR, there's belief that this Miami offense could start getting things going. Tagovailoa not only has the better arm, but his mobility gives more to the running game. They'll need that after losing by four touchdowns to the defending Super Bowl champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers."We didn't execute our game plan defensively. Just collectively as a defense we just didn't do enough. I'm concerned. We're out of sync," Miami coach Brian Flores said. "We've adjusted some things, but we're not seeing the production on Sundays."Against a questionable offense with their quarterback on the horizon, this is what the Dolphins need as they come in on a four-game losing streak.PredictionJacksonville's pass defense has been just as bad. Tagovailoa's return paves way for DeVante Parker and Jaylen Waddle to get back into the groove of being one of the best receiver duos in the league. Easy win for Miami.
