- It's an NFC South battle that will come down to which team can run the ball better, all due respect to Tom Brady.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have to run the ball effectively in order to win football games, as Brady needs the balance. And when you consider the Bucs have just four rushing touchdowns this season, and the Saints have been a tad inconsistent with their run defense this season, I like Tampa Bay's chances to power its running game tonight.
The Saints don't necessarily do anything that well on offense, albeit they've shown flashes of explosiveness. But on the road and against a guy like Brady, the Saints want to play keep away and keep the ball out of his hands.
Both teams have trended toward the low this season, and they generally play south of the total in Tampa - the series is on an 11-3 under run there - so I'm backing the Under in this one.
