- I'm rolling with the Washington Nationals in the first five innings of today's game against the Boston Red Sox. Shinnosuke Ogasawara is up for the Nationals, as he's making his MLB debut. And that is generally a problem for opposing lineups, because they don't have a true scouting report for the young hurler, and it gives the starter a chance to get through the lineup at least two times, if not three. The Red Sox have scored a combined 21 runs over the first two games of this series, so I think they'll be overzealous against a rookie, who will be well-rested since he hasn't started since being activated after spending time on the IL to nurse an oblique injury. Small bonus play on the Nationals first five, with Ogasawara in his debut.
