Yesterday’s Results for Colorado Avalanche vs Dallas Stars

Analysis: My WESTERN CONFERENCE GAME OF THE WEEK is on the Dallas Stars at 9:30 EST. The Avalanche have already stolen home-ice advantage in this series, but I like Dallas to dig deep and find a way to even this series before it shifts to Colorado. Both teams have a couple of key injuries, but this is a do-or-die game for Dallas. The Stars closed out the regular season with seven straight losses and its safe to say that if they don't win this contest here now at home, that you can stick a fork in the rest of their playoffs moving forward with this series heading to Colorado for Game's 3 and 4. Nathan MacKinnon looked good in Game 1, but I think that Stars' netminder Jake Oettinger can bounce back. Without Jason Robertson in the line-up, I admit that it will be very hard for Dallas to win this series. However, I like the Stars to finally answer here in Game 2 and think the offer great value to do that. The play is on Dallas!
