- This is a play on the CINCINNATI REDS as part of our MLB Saturday Triple Play Sweeper. Cincinnati took Game One of this series and comes in as the underdog in most spots which is based on Baltimore coming into the season as being a good team and it really is not at this point. The Reds have been up and down this season as they are back to .500 with the pitching coming through once again with the team ERA of 3.08 which is third best in the league. Part of that is due to the pitching of Hunter Green who is second behind Paul Skenes for the early N.L. Cy Young Award odds. He has made four starts with each one getting better and he now has a 0.98 ERA and 0.58 WHIP through 27.2 innings to go along with a 31:4 K:BB ratio and is undervalued on the road. He made one start against the Orioles last season and shut them down. Baltimore is now 8-11 with the pitching being below average as expected but the offense has been a letdown as well. The Orioles send Brandon young to the hill for his Major League debut and while still a top prospect, he is coming off a second Tommy John surgery and has only 34 professional starts since the start of the 2024 season and is coming off a rough outing in his last Triple-A start. 10* (969) Cincinnati Reds
