After a very forgettable performance in his last outing against Boston, Aaron Nola (8-3, 3.48 ERA, 78 SO) takes the mound today in hope for another great start. Even after that game, he's still got excellent stats on the year. It helps that he's got a very strong lineup behind him. That being said, I do expect him to at least start this outing a lot stronger than the last.
On the other hand, Michael King (5-4, 3.58 ERA, 95 SO) gets the nod. He's been very strong as well, with a 1.59 ERA in three June starts. You can expect him to be very solid once again as he seeks revenge from the last time he saw this Phillies lineup. With two very strong pitchers on the mound here today, this bet is on this game to stay UNDER 0.5 RUNS in the 1st inning (NRFI.)
