Analysis: The Philadelphia Phillies have the one of the most dangerous lineups in baseball, top to bottom. They can be scary good, or eerily bad. Against the struggling Colorado Rockies, I see it being the first one in tonight's game. The Rockies continue a horrendous road trip, as they'll play their sixth straight game in as many days. After winning the first of the six on the East coast with stops in Toronto and Philadelphia, a 12-4 victory over the Blue Jays, they've lost four straight. Colorado dropped two to the Blue Jays by a combined final of 10-3, and two to the Phillies by a combined final of 7-1, including last night's 5-0 shutout loss. It's been rough in Philly, as the series opener was a 10th-inning walk-off loss, and then last night struggling to get runners aboard. Meanwhile, the Phillies have won eight of 12 after a tough 2-4 start to the campaign. And during the 12-game span, the Phillies boast a 2.50 ERA while holding teams to 2.75 runs per game. The Rockies have the 10th-lowest road batting average (.229) and will struggle in this series finale. Take Philadelphia to win by more than a run.
