High Stix Moneymaker on Vegas Knights
There’s two important things to cover. First of all, the Florida Panthers are in the finals after their four game sweep. That allows them to play the finals with the maximum rest and healing time off. Secondly, and more importantly is that the Dallas Captain has been suspended for clubbing Mark Stone with his stick. I think the momentum is entirely out of the sails for the Stars and their season is over. Going into the series I thought the Golden Knights would win it in six or seven games as the much more experienced and deeper, more well-rounded team. It seems that I was right on that prediction but the Knights will be getting it done much quicker. The Stars have outplayed Vegas in two of the three games in this series and yet still have not been able to find a way to win. I expect the Golden Knights to end this series tonight with a win on the road, sweeping the Stars. I expect the Golden Knights to be leading late in this game, as they have through two of the three previous games in this series, and Oettinger to be on the bench early. The Knights should get out to a lead and be able to hang on with how fantastic they’ve played defensively. We’re getting great value on them as well as an underdog at +110.
