- The Dodgers will be in revenge mode tonight, after the Milwaukee Brewers came into Los Angeles and stole the opener, 5-4, last night. I like the pitching edge in this one, and it's because of Yoshinobu Yamamoto that we're having to lay the run line. Yamamoto is 11-7 with a 2.65 ERA this season, and over his last 15, he's 9-5 with a 2.57 ERA. More recently, he's gone 2-1 with a 1.88 ERA. And the fact he is 0-1 in August will have him driven to win this one. The Brewers are going with Robert Gasser (3-4, 4.57), and I don't like his chances against an angry lineup like this. Not when he's 2-2 with a 5.87 ERA in six road starts. Take the Dodgers on the run line.
