- I'm on the Phillies -1.5 runs. Luzardo gets the start, and he's exactly what the doctor ordered to give Philadelphia its best chance to avoid a series sweep at the hands of the Blue Jays. We also get the Phillies' bats going up against Shane Bieber, who has been a gift to opposing hitters more often than not on the road.
