- Algeria is coming off a 3-0 loss to Argentina to open up their Group Stage, but I think the North African side will bounce back with a much better offensive performance this time around. Jordan enters off a 3-1 loss to Austria. Jamal Sellami's team hasn't kept a clean sheet during their six-match winless streak and Jordan has also given up at least two goals in every game over that span, while losing four of them outright. Algeria hasn't been on the World Stage since 2014, but its goaltender Luca Zidane looked terrible in the first game, making two costly mistakes that led to two Argentinian goals. After getting shutout in that first game, I'm expecting Algeria to set a frantic pace to open up this game and I look for that to help in driving this total over the number in the end, as I expect each side to find the back of the net multiple times ***WORLD CUP TOTAL OF THE WEEK
