Eric Lauer (2-5, 5.37 ERA) vs. Zebby Matthews (3-4, 4.78 ERA) .
Even though his numbers don't look great, Eric Lauer has actually been a fantastic acquisition for the injury-filled Dodgers rotation this season. Since being signed, he owns a fantastic 3.22 ERA & a 1.03 WHIP in those four games. He could fill a bullpen spot once this rotation gets healthy and play a huge role as the season progresses.
On the other hand, the Twins are actually quite hot, winning six of its past seven contests. That being said, I don't love what I've seen from Zebby Matthews this year. He's allowed nine runs over his past couple of outings and this is one of the most dangerous lineups in baseball, even without some of its top players. Given the disaster yesterday, expect LAD to bounce back.
