Analysis: Game 1 was epic, with 12 goals scored. Don't think for a moment this one is going to be any different, as I have it landing high once again. Maybe not with 15 goals, but it certainly could approach 10, as I see these Central Division rivals finding the back of the net often. The Wild have scored three or more goals in all but one playoff game this postseason, so there's no reason to believe they can't get us their playoff average of 4.1 goals tonight, with revenge on the brain for this one. The Avalanche swept the Los Angeles Kings and increased their offensive production by scoring 2, 2, 4 and 5 goals in the four games. Then they threw 9 in the back of the net in Game 1 of this series. Why not expect them to get us to their average of 4.4 goals? Another exciting game, as these rivals each have something specific they're shooting for: the Wild looking to even the series before it goes to the Twin Cities, and the Avs looking to take a 2-0 series lead and avoid losing home ice. Play this one high and look for a 4-4 tie as it comes down to the end and potentially goes to extra time.
