- The Royals will be hungry to avoid a fourth-straight loss. They have played to four straight one-loss contests, most recently a 10-9 setback at Detroit last night. The Yanks are just 2-7 in their last nine, most recently falling 11-4 here to the Angels yesterday. Neither team is in great overall form, but I think this starting pitching matchup favors the visitors. At the very least, I think the Royals' Michael Wacha (2-0, 0.43 ERA), will match the Yanks' Cam Schittler (2-1, 2.49 ERA) inning for inning. The Royals have been knocking on the door over their last four games and while I do think that the outright win is the most likely outcome for the Royals tonight, I think the best overall value play lie in grabbing the visitors on the runline option ***RUNLINE BEST OF THE BEST
