- The Dodgers hit the road for the first time this season, following this final game vs. the Guardians tonight. Cleveland won the opener by a score of 4-2, before the Dodgers answered in last night's 4-1 victory. The first two games of this series have gone "under" the number, but I'm expecting these talented line-ups to take command of this game early on tonight. Because of that, I expect this total to blast past the posted number by the mid innings. Cleveland goes with Gavin Williams, who walked six batters over five innings in a loss to the Mariners in his debut. He's 0-1 with a 5.40 ERA. The home side counters with Yoshinobu Yamamoto, who is 1-0 with a 3.00 ERA following a good performance vs. the Diamondbacks in his debut, allowing two runs over six innings. It was a great opening day start for the World Series MVP, but regression appears imminent to me in a small way vs. the hungry Guardians.
