- San Jose is playing its fourth game on this road trip after a loss in Buffalo and then wins in Boston and Montreal. Now, on the heels of yesterday's 4-2 win in Montreal, I think the Sharks will be fired up for this game, as I think there is enough in the tank to push this total high. Even though the Sharks have stayed under in four of their last five, we haven't seen an offensive onslaught in quite some time. Leave it to the Ottawa Senators to spark such a game. Ottawa has won four of five, and is also due an offensive burst after scoring 2 goals in each of its last three games. Prior to that, the Sens averaged 5.0 goals per game in their previous four. The Sens have won the last three meetings, and five of the last six, so they'll be pushing the pace. Two of the last three meetings have landed high. This one might land on 8 or 9.
