I love the fact that the Jets 'upset' the Avalanche here on home ice yesterday afternoon as it sets us up to back an unpopular underdog in the Blues on Sunday. We won with St. Louis in its come-from-behind victory over Edmonton on Friday. You'd be hard-pressed to find a team playing with more belief in itself than the Blues right now as they continue an unlikely march up the Western Conference standings and toward a possible Wild Card spot. While the Jets win over Colorado yesterday was impressive, they're still just 16-18-5 on home ice this season. Winning streaks haven't been commonplace for Winnipeg over the last couple of months. In fact, it has strung together consecutive victories only once dating back to January 17th (a three-game winning streak earlier this month). Take St. Louis (8*).
