Despite most definitely not playing as dominantly as last season, Washington is most definitely still in a great position to pounce as the season heads into the exciting part of the year. The Capitals do a great job of spraying shots on the goalie and that's going to cause problems for a Seattle team that's allowed 23 goals over its past six games.
Talking about the Kraken, even though it's had an alright season so far, I'm not too impressed with their abilities to score. Going up against one of the best goaltenders in hockey this evening, I sense trouble. Give me the Caps on Tuesday evening.
