- The Aces are coming into this game with a 9-10 record this season and they have not been great on the road this year at 4-6. They are coming off of an 87-78 loss against the Liberty on the road in their last game, but they played very well in that game and they have not been that bad recently as they have won 4 of their last 7 games. This is going to be the last game of a 5 game road trip for them, but they have played well on this road trip as they have won 2 of their 4 games and their offense has scored 78+ points in 3 of those as well. This may be the last game of their long road trip, but they certainly have this game circled as their last game at home prior to starting this road trip was a 94-83 loss to the Mystics. This is going to be a very different Aces team as well with NaLyssa Smith starting to have more of an impact in her first 3 games with the team. They are going up against a Mystics team that is 9-10 this season and they have been much better at home this year at 6-3, but they are not going to be at home for this game. They are playing this game at the same place they played their last game which they beat the Sky 81-79, but that was a very close game that came right down to the wire. They have not been that great recently either as they were heating up on a 3 game win streak over a week ago, but now they have lost 2 of their last 3 games with that 2 point win against the Sky being their only win in that span. Their offense has also struggled a lot more recently as they have been held under 76 points in 2 of their last 3 games as well. The Aces could be without Wilson in this game, but they have other quality players who will step up against this weaker opponent and Smith will also play a bigger role for them on the glass here. The Aces will cover the spread in this game.
