Season Record

Redskins: 6-7 (NFC East)
Eagles: 6-7 (NFC East)

The Redskins or Washington Football team are lucky to be in the NFC East.  They might not be winners, they might not get to the super bowl.  They are definitely fans of a team that while being an underdog can still win their conference.  Not every NFL football team can say that even as a below .500 team after week 13… they still can win enough to win the division.  Any NFL week can make it happen.  That’s something all Americans in the United States can get behind… win and you can stay. Yes, they are losers… but they can stop that now with some wins.

The Eagles are exactly in the same place as the Redskins.  They beat the New York Jets in their last game, the cellar dwellers of the AFC… and they are still relevant if they keep winning. No one cares about the final score or if there is still a team in Oakland or how many wagers they busted… Winning from here on in can get playoffs… which can lead to dreams fulfilled.  Yes, they are losers but they can stop that now with some wins.

Winning the "Big Plays" is THE goal. This 38-year vet has done "just that" these last four weekends. He won his CFB Game of the Year 11/20 (Mia-Fl), then followed with B2B "Signature" CFB wins on 11/27 (LEGEND with LSU) and on 12/4 (38-Club with Pitt). He moved to the NFL in Week 14, winning his Game of the Year on Dallas, and for Week 15, it's a LEGEND Play. FIVE in a row?! Redskins vs Eagles Preview and Analysis

RECENT FORM
The Football Team is 6-7 on the season, but 5-8 ATS.  They have logged 5 Overs and 8 Unders.  They are 3-3 in road games.

The Eagles are 6-7 on the season, but 7-6 ATS.  They have notched 7 Overs and 6 Unders. They are an awful 1-4 in home games.  They lost big to the Kansas City Chiefs, small to the Atlanta Falcons

Offensive Analysis

The Redskins are 23rd in points per game with 20.5, 20th in yards with 336.2 per game.  That breaks down to 22nd in passing yards and 13th in rushing yards.

Defensive Analysis

The Redskins are only 19th in defense while allowing 352.7 yards per game and they are a paltry 23rd in points allowed with 24.9 per game,... yet they have improved steadily over the year.  They are finding themselves oin defense while the Eagles are losing themselves on offense.

Washington Redskins vs Philadelphia Eagles Prediction

Our prediction for Sunday, December 19th is… Redskins 33 - Eagles 17

Yes, the Redskins have had a good defense. They also have found something on offense while the Eagles will still be looking.  The Redskins will beat the Eagles like the New England Patriots would beat the Miami Dolphins… on defense.
