Utah State vs San Diego State Prediction

USU is coming into this game as a 6 point underdog with the current betting odds according to Draftkings Sportsbook. USU has been playing very well in their recent games other than 1 game they took a tumble in. Their offense has been moving the ball well all season and scoring a lot of points as well. SDSU was really struggling in their last game against BSU until they made a change at quarterback. They caught BSU off guard with that because it was all downhill for them from there and the offense was not even that great either. USU is going to be better prepared on how to stop Brookshire and his SDSU offense. USU also has a very strong offense themselves and will be able to score on SDSU who has not had the best defense in recent games for a team that is known for great defense being their staple. They will not be able to slow down the USU offense here. The best bet to place in this game is on USU to cover the spread as they will at least keep it a close game if they do not win outright.

Notable Quotes

“We lived off the big play. We knew we had to. Rocky Long is good at what he does defensively and he is going to make it extremely hard for you to run the ball and to just play ball control offense. He’s going to force you to connect on the deep ones and luckily we did. If not, this game could have been a much different game.” - Blake Anderson after their win against New Mexico in their last game.

"It feels great, and it's been a while since something like that has happened. It's a real confidence-booster, and I feel so grateful to be around this group of seniors and to be able to pull this off for them on their day." - Jordan Brookshire on their win against BSU in their last game to get to this one.
