Rangers vs Yankees Prediction

The current betting odds have the Rangers listed as a slight underdog in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Rangers have been having a great season this year as they have one of the best records in the entire MLB and also one of the best offenses. The Yankees have been struggling a lot more this season, they are still 6 games above .500 but only in 3rd place of their division and their offense hasn't been as dominant as in previous years either. The Yankees do have a really good bullpen this season that has helped them win a lot of games and they have their ace on the mound here in Cole but even he hasn't been his best over his last few starts and even though he is pitching at home here, he will struggle more against one of the best offenses in the league. The Rangers are going with Eovaldi here and he has also been having a great season for the Rangers since he hasn't been giving up many runs in his starts at all, but he also has a big advantage here from when he pitched for the Red Sox since he did see the Yankees all the time and he has a really good record against them too in recent years. Eovaldi will dig in with his years of experience playing against the Yankees and he will have a good outing while his offense gets after Cole for some runs in this game. The best way to place a bet here is on the Rangers to win this game.
