Tennessee vs LSU Prediction

The current betting odds have Tennessee listed as a 2.5 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. Tennessee is off to a great start this season and they have won some pretty big games already. They have been making improvements under their fairly new head coach Josh Heupel, but they have really taken a big step this year. Their offense looks great led by Hendon Hooker and their defense has been getting the job done to keep their leads in games. LSU has also had a good start this year with a 4-1 record so far but they have had to scrap in their games hard to win them and all of their games have been very close. They just won a close game with Auburn almost losing as they trailed by 17 points and things are still trying to gel on this team under new head coach Brian Kelly. LSU is going to need some more time, possibly the whole season, to really get things going while Heupel has been building this at Tennessee for some time and the program is in a better position to win now as it is ready to. The best way to place a bet here is on Tennessee to cover the spread in this game.
