Mariners vs Diamondbacks Prediction

The current betting odds have the Mariners listed as a slight favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Mariners have been rolling since coming out of the All-Star break as their offense has been getting a lot better now and they are starting to win a lot more games too as they try to get into a playoff position. The Diamondbacks have also been rolling all season as they were leading the NL West for most of the year and also have one of the top 10 offenses in the MLB, but lately they haven't been good and their offense has struggled a lot more since coming out of the All-Star break. Their pitching staff hasn't been great this season either so they have been getting into a lot of trouble in their games from that too. They do have Kelly on the mound here and he has been a really reliable starter for them but he has also missed a lot of time this season due to injury and even though he was good in his last start, he could easily fall apart here against this hot Mariners offense. The Mariners also have their ace Castillo on the mound here and he has been pitching really well all season, not giving up many runs in his starts lately either. He will be able to shut down this D-Backs offense that has been cooling off lately anyway and the Mariners will be able to get through this game with the better pitching matchup and the better offense right now. The best way to place a bet here is on the Mariners to win this game.
