49ers vs Cardinals Prediction

The current betting odds have the 49ers listed as a 3 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The 49ers have looked good in their games this season with their 6-4 record overall, but that record has them near the bottom of the NFC West in a really competitive division. They have been finding ways to win games even though they have been dealing with a lot of injuries, but they are starting to get healthier now. Meanwhile, the Cardinals have looked terrible in their games this season with their 3-6 record overall which has them right at the bottom of the NFC West. They are off a 44-22 loss to the Seahawks in their last one and they were out of that game by the end of the 1st quarter. They have been struggling all season, but they have also been missing their starting QB over the last few weeks. The team has looked better at times without Kyler Murray, but now they have a lot of other injuries starting to pile up too. Brissett hasn't looked terrible in his starts, but he looked bad last week and now with all of the injuries, he doesn't have a lot of talent left on the offense to throw to. The 49ers are still the much better team on both sides of the ball, starting to get healthier now too, and this is a must win divisional game for them with the state of the division. The best way to place a bet here is on the 49ers to cover the spread in this game.

49ers Cardinals Prediction:  Our NFL Pick for Sunday, November 16, 2025 (4:05 pm ET start time) is 49ers 24 Cardinals 10.
