Saint Mary's vs UCLA Prediction

UCLA is coming into this game as a 2.5 point favorite with the current betting odds according to Draftkings Sportsbook. Saint Mary's is coming into this game off of a win in their last game, beating Indiana in round 1 of this tourney by close to 30 points. They jumped out early in that game and never looked back as they played very well but they were also getting an Indiana team that had been through a lot as they had made a little bit of a run in their conference tourney upsetting 2 teams and almost a 3rd, and then they even had to play in a play-in game just to get to that game so the odds were heavily stacked against them in that game. Now they are getting a UCLA team that has been playing much better than Indiana and was one of the best teams in the nation this season. UCLA just made it by Akron by 4 points in their last game in round 1 of this tourney but they made it to the final four last season and they will be hungry for another big run this year. UCLA has a lot more talent on their team between Campbell, Juzang, and Jaquez and Saint Mary's has not had a lot of success in the tourney in recent years, when they have actually made it in as they have been left out quite a bit over the past few years. UCLA should win this game and advance covering the spread here.
