Steelers vs Buccaneers Prediction

The current betting odds have the Steelers listed as a 2.5 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Steelers have looked good in their games this season with their 3-2 record overall which has them right in the middle of the AFC North. They haven't been a good road team though with their 0-2 road record this year. Meanwhile, the Buccaneers have looked terrible in their games this season with their 1-4 record overall which has them right near the bottom of the NFC South. They have looked terrible on their home field too with their 0-3 home record this season. The Buccaneers finally got their 1st win of the season against the Cowboys 24-16 and they looked good in that one, but they were also playing against one of the worst defenses in the NFL. They played on Thursday so they will have some extra time to prepare for this game, but they are still going with their undrafted rookie QB who hasn't looked that great. Now they are going to face a much stronger defense here and that offense isn't going to look as good as it did against the Cowboys. The Steelers are coming off a 34-22 win over the Colts in their last one and that was a nice bounce back win after losing to the Browns in prime time. The offense has looked a lot better in their last 2 games now and the defense still has tons of talent too. The Steelers have looked like a different team in their road games this year, but this is a great opportunity for them to pick up their 1st road win with the Bucs still looking like a disaster. The best way to place a bet here is on the Steelers to cover the spread in this game.

Steelers Buccaneers Prediction:  Our NFL Pick for Sunday, October 18, 2026 (1:00 pm ET start time) is Steelers 31 Buccaneers 17.
