Pittsburgh vs Miami Prediction

The current betting odds have Miami listed as a 20.5 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. Miami has looked great in their games this season with their 6-0 record overall and their 4-0 conference record which has them right at the top of the ACC. They have looked great on their home field too with their 3-0 home record this season. Meanwhile, Pittsburgh has looked good in their games this season with their 5-2 record overall and their 2-2 conference record which has them right in the middle of the ACC. They haven't been a great road team though with their 1-1 road record this year. Pitt had a great start to the season going 5-0 and they looked like a top 25 team in the nation, but their last win was a road game against Virginia Tech which they escaped victorious, but they did lose their starting QB for the season. Since that game, they have now lost 2 games in a row and their offense hasn't looked nearly as good with the backup QB. They are coming off a 27-21 loss to Boston College in their last one and they have some major issues to work through on offense now. Miami has been rolling all season though and they are coming off a year in which they went to the National Championship. They have looked like one of the best teams in the nation all season and their offense has a ton of talent all over that is really tough to stop. They are coming off a 43-35 win over Florida State in their last one and that was a game that they did have a lot of trouble in, even needing OT to win, but they still escaped a tough rivalry game with the win in a week that so many top 10 teams went down in. Miami has also been rolling over opponents all season with 4 of their 6 games being conference opponents and they haven't just been sitting at home all season either. Look for Miami to gain a lot of momentum from that win over Florida State and continue rolling at home with a flailing Pittsburgh team coming into town. The best way to place a bet here is on Miami to cover the spread in this game.
