Eagles vs Giants Prediction

The current betting odds have the Giants listed as a 5 point underdog in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Giants have looked terrible in their games this season with their 5-11 record overall which already has them eliminated from playoff contention. They have nothing really to play for in this game but they did give the Eagles a lot of trouble in Philadelphia just a couple of weeks ago and after seeing their division rival lose at home to the Cardinals last week, a team the Giants beat earlier this year, they are going to be motivated to try and finish their season with a win over the Eagles. Meanwhile, the Eagles have looked great in their games this season with their 11-5 record overall, but once again after a very strong start to the year, the Eagles have begun to regress and haven't looked good in their games lately. They just lost at home to the Cardinals last week and struggled to beat the Giants before that and that was with most of their starters playing. Now the Eagles still need to win this game to have a chance at the division but they also need the Cowboys to lose against the Commanders which is very unlikely so the Eagles might not keep their starters out very long as they are going to be in the playoffs whether they win or lose. The Giants already gave them trouble once in Philadelphia and the Eagles aren't going to be any better now just 2 weeks later on the road in the final game of the regular season that they don't really need to win. The best way to place a bet here is on the Giants to cover the spread in this game.

Eagles Giants Prediction:  Our NFL Pick for Sunday, January 7, 2024 (4:25 pm ET start time) is Giants 23 Eagles 20.
