Penn State vs Rutgers Prediction

The current betting odds have Penn State listed as a 19.5 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. Penn State is having a great season right now, they only have 2 losses this year but both losses came against teams that are still undefeated and in the top 3 in the country, Michigan and Ohio State. Penn State doesn't have a chance to go to the Big Ten Championship and they don't have a shot at the college football playoffs either but they are working on building this program to beat Michigan and Ohio State so this is a team that will go strong right to the end of the season. Rutgers has been terrible this year, they are making improvements to their team slowly but they haven't played well on the road this year and have been blown out by good opponents in a few of their games. They do not have the talent to compete with Penn State since their offense isn't very good and Penn State has a lights out defense. It will be difficult for Rutgers to even score in this game when Penn State just shut out Maryland in their last game. The best way to place a bet here is on Penn State to cover the spread in this game.
