Northwestern vs Penn State Prediction

The current betting odds have PSU listed as a 25 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. PSU has looked very good in their first few games, already being tested on the road against some good teams. Now they get to be at home for this conference matchup and they are a lot better than this NW team that just lost at home to a team from the MAC. They only managed to put up 14 points in that game on their home field too and PSU has a much better defense than what they saw last week. NW doesn't have a very good offense and they are going to struggle to score points here or even move the ball down the field. PSU has been rolling over teams lately, their defense has been great as usual but their offense has also been clicking and they have been scoring points in their games. They are going to have no problem scoring points on the NW defense here and should win this game pretty easily by a large margin. The best way to place a bet here is on PSU to cover the spread in this game.

"In terms of the critical areas, I wouldn't say it felt like this, but we won all of them." - James Franklin after his team’s win against CMU in their last game.
