Northwestern vs Iowa Prediction

The current betting odds have Northwestern listed as an 11 point underdog in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. Northwestern has been bad in a lot of their games and they only have 1 win this season which came in their very 1st game of the year, but they have been putting up a fight in their home games lately and they will have the motivation to try and get another win here at home. Iowa hasn't been that great themselves, they have one of the best defenses in the Big Ten but they showed their vulnerabilities in the few games against ranked teams this season where they were ripped open. Iowa also has a very bad offense that hasn't done much to put up points this season. Northwestern can play good defense against some of these bad teams and Iowa has one of the worst offenses in the country so this is a lot of points for them to cover. Northwestern has a good defense that will stunt this Iowa offense and they will be able to keep this a closer game here at home while Iowa struggles to put points up. The best way to place a bet here is on Northwestern to cover the spread in this game.
