NFL Upcoming Season ~ Deep Dive Into the NFC

It won’t be long before both the NFL and college football seasons are in full swing. While the regular season doesn’t officially kick off until September, the Hall of Fame Game at the start of next month, will be the unofficial start that gets fans excited. In this article, we’re taking a deep dive into the NFC Conference and what to expect in the upcoming NFL season.

Los Angeles Rams ~
We didn't expect the Rams to be as good as they were last season. But, we're very high on them this season of course, as the current favorites to win the Super Bowl. Los Angeles went out and added 2025-2026 AP Defensive Player Of The Year, Myles Garrett, to the defensive line. There's also been tons of talk to whether Aaron Donald is going to come out of retirement and join him. The Rams were elite on both sides of the ball a year ago and Stafford is the reigning NFL MVP. We wouldn't be shocked one bit if the Rams win the Super Bowl.

Seattle Seahawks ~
Last year's Super Bowl Champions are loading up again for another championship run. The Seahawks did lose reigning Super Bowl MVP Kenneth Walker III to Free Agency. But, they retain Zach Charbonnet (currently injured) and drafted Jadarian Price in the first round of the draft, making this backfield extremely relevant. The Seahawks retain the majority of it's other players and the young core is one year older with more experience than a lot of teams combined. The Rams will be a big test again this year for Seattle. But, they definitely could go back-to-back and win the 2026-2027 season.

Green Bay Packers ~
Some people might have the Eagles, Lions or Niners ahead of the Packers for this upcoming year. But, once Green Bay gets fully healthy, this team looks quite scary. Jordan Love didn't turn the ball over nearly as much last year and he's got his wide receiver options back this season in Jayden Reed and Christian Watson who both missed significant amounts of games last year. Micah Parsons starts on the PUP. But, he's going to make an impact as soon as he returns. Look out for the Packers this season. 

Seahawks Back to the Super Bowl?
Last season, Seattle shocked the whole NFL with it's offense. The defense was never a question as the Seahawks have one of the best young secondary's in the NFL with a very strong front seven. Sam Darnold had an even better season than his 14-3 year in Minnesota the year before. He's finally gained our belief and we believe that Seattle has created  the most complete team in the NFC again this year. At +600 odds to win the conference, this has real upside if LAR doesn't perform. 

New York Giants To Win The Division
Coming into 2026-2027, the New York Giants are very undervalued. In fact, oddsmakers think that they are the least likely to win the NFC East Division this season at +600. Those odds aren't drastic. But, everyone seems to be writing the Giants off this season. Malik Nabers + Cam Skattebo both look ready to go for training camp and that should give a big boost to Jaxson Dart at the QB position. New HC John Harbaugh should help get NYG going in the right direction as well. These are great odds.
