Yankees vs Dodgers Prediction

The current betting odds have the Yankees listed as a pick 'em in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. Both of these teams have been rolling in their games lately but both teams have been doing it in very different ways. The Dodgers haven't been bad with their pitching this season but they haven't been great in a lot of their games either, but their offense has been carrying a lot of the load as they have one of the best offenses in the MLB. The Yankees haven't been that great on offense this season and are nowhere near where they were last season offensively, but they have one of the best bullpens in the league and a great starting rotation that has carried them to a lot of wins this year. Now these two contradicting styles will go up against each other here and as good as the Dodgers have been at home this season, they don't have a great starter on the mound in Grove as he has struggled this year, giving up a ton of runs in a lot of his starts. Meanwhile, the Yankees have their ace on the mound here in Cole and he has such a good bullpen behind him that this is a game he will be able to carry the team in and they won't need a ton of offense to compete with the Dodgers in this game. The Yankees offense hasn't been great this season but it hasn't been terrible either and they will get plenty of scoring chances here with Grove on the mound. The best way to place a bet here is on the Yankees to win this game.
