Patriots vs Steelers Prediction

The current betting odds have the Patriots listed as a 6 point underdog in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Patriots have looked terrible this season with their 2-10 record overall which is one of the worst in the entire NFL right now. They have looked terrible in their road games too with their 1-4 road record but it has mainly been their offense letting them down in games. The defense has still been managing to keep them in closer games but the offense hasn't been able to put the points up to win the game. They will be in their 2nd game in a row with Zappe starting though and he should have a better performance than he did last week. Meanwhile, the Steelers have looked good this season with their 7-5 record overall and their 4-3 home record, but they have had the same problem as the Patriots with a great defense and an offense that has been struggling to put up points. The difference with the Steelers is that they are putting up a bit more points and finding ways to win these close games unlike New England, but being on a short week here for Thursday night, this will be another closer game with both defenses playing well and even if the Steelers win this game at home, it won't be by much against this defense. The best way to place a bet here is on the Patriots to cover the spread in this game.

Patriots Steelers Prediction:  Our NFL Pick for Thursday, December 7, 2023 (8:15 pm ET start time) is Steelers 16 Patriots 13.
