Brewers vs Blue Jays Prediction

The current betting odds have the Blue Jays listed as a big favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Blue Jays haven't been great lately as they are barely staying over .500 right now but they won their last series against the Twins and their offense is finally waking up after their win against the Brewers in the 1st game of this series. They were down early in that game but came right back in that same inning and managed to score 7 runs throughout the game with a great effort from their pitching staff too. The Brewers haven't been playing great lately either, they got off to a hot start this season but have slipped all the way down to where they are just hovering around the .500 mark and they also lost their last series against the Giants which was a 4-game series. Their offense has been bad lately and now that the Jays offense is waking up, they have the potential to bury the Brewers with runs in this series. Peralta is starting and he hasn't been great this season, he hasn't been getting blown up in every start but he has been consistently giving up runs in a lot of his starts and that will get himself and the team into trouble with this good Blue Jays offense starting to get hot again. The Jays also have Gausman starting who had a great start to the season and after going through a bit of a rough patch recently, he has finally broken out of his funk and has been pitching a lot better lately once again. The Blue Jays can use this series to get rolling and they really need to go on a big run with the competitiveness of their division this season. The best way to place a bet here is on the Blue Jays to win this game and on the runline.

Brewers Blue Jays Prediction:  Our MLB Pick for Thursday, June 1, 2023 (1:07 pm ET start time) is Blue Jays 6 Brewers 1.
