Brewers vs Guardians Prediction

The current betting odds have the Guardians listed as a pick 'em in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Brewers got off to a decent start to the season as they were fighting for the division lead and still are but they are barely over .500 and really haven't been playing great lately. The Guardians got off to a much rougher start this season as they are still under .500 overall but they have been playing a lot better lately as they try to chase down the Twins in 1st place of the division. Both of these teams have had terrible offenses all season as they both rank in the bottom 5 of the league which makes this pitching matchup even more important here, and the Guardians definitely have the better pitching matchup in this game. The Brewers are rolling with Burnes here and he has been the Brewers ace for so long but this year he hasn't been having a good season since he has been giving up a ton of runs in his starts all year and even gave up 7 runs in his last start. He hasn't been great in his road starts either while Civale is up for the Guardians and he has been really good lately. He really hasn't given up many runs in any of his starts all season and he will have the advantage pitching at home here. Neither of these offenses have been good this year but with Burnes definitely not at his best lately, the Guardians will be able to edge out the Brewers here. The best way to place a bet here is on the Guardians to win this game.
