Brewers vs Guardians Prediction

The current betting odds have the Brewers listed as an underdog in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Brewers haven't been good in their games lately but they are still 2 games above .500 and fighting for the lead in the NL Central. The Guardians haven't been any better this season either as they are actually under .500 and trying to chase down the Twins for the lead of the AL Central, but the Guardians also have one of the worst offenses in the MLB and that is going to be a problem here. Miley is starting for the Brewers and he has been really good in his starts lately as he hasn't been giving up many runs at all and even had a shutout performance through 5 innings in his last start. With how well he has been pitching lately, the Guardians will struggle to put up runs with that weak offense and this will be a great opportunity for the Brewers to snap out of their slump and try to get a win here. The Guardians are also going with Bieber here and even though he is this team's ace, he has been terrible in his starts lately giving up a ton of runs. The Brewers don't have a great offense either but they will be able to put up some runs on Bieber with how bad he has been lately and Miley will help them hang on to a much needed win here. The best way to place a bet here is on the Brewers to win this game.

Brewers Guardians Prediction:  Our MLB Pick for Friday, June 23, 2023 (7:10 pm ET start time) is Brewers 2 Guardians 0.

“The whole night was encouraging. There’s a lot to talk about and I thought Gavin did a really good job varying his times to the plate. I asked him when he came out, ‘Do you have a heartbeat?’ He goes, ‘Oh, yeah,’ so for him to control what he controlled was good.” - Terry Francona after his team’s win against the A’s in their game on Wednesday.
