Maryland vs Wisconsin Prediction

The current betting odds have Wisconsin listed as a 5.5 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. Wisconsin hasn't been having a great year but they have been doing a lot better in their games lately now that they have fired their head coach. They have 2 wins in 3 games now and they just pulled off a big win at home over Purdue. Maryland has been having a pretty good season this year but they recently lost their starting QB to injury and even though they have been finding ways to score points still and win games, their offense hasn't really looked the same. They have been struggling to put up points in their games lately and have won a few really close games over bad teams that they should have blown out. Wisconsin has a very good defense too so they are going to make it difficult on the Maryland offense with their backup QB to move the ball here. Wisconsin's offense has also been improving since the firing of their coach and they are in a good position to win this game at home over a team that has been quietly struggling to win games lately. The best way to place a bet here is on Wisconsin to cover the spread in this game.
