Louisiana Tech vs Florida International Prediction

The current betting odds have FIU listed as a 6.5 point underdog in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. FIU has been terrible in their games this season as they have been getting blown out a lot in their games and have some bad losses to some bad teams too. They will have some confidence coming back home here though as they just won a big road game in Charlotte and will have some positives from that game to build on here. LA Tech is favored by almost a touchdown here on the road but they haven't been that great this year either. They have only won 2 of their 7 games this season losing both of their road games by over 20 points. LA Tech is even coming off of a really bad loss at home to Rice which they lost by 1 point in OT. A loss like that can be demoralizing for a team and with how bad they have been in their games this season, covering a whole touchdown on the road is asking for a lot when they haven't won a road game yet this year. FIU will have some confidence from their road win and they will play hard in this game at home. The best way to place a bet here is on FIU to cover the spread in this game.
