Kentucky vs Missouri Prediction

The current betting odds have Kentucky listed as a 2.5 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. Kentucky just got thrashed on the road in their last game but this is still a very good team and they are going to bounce back with a much better performance in this game. Kentucky got blown out last week losing 44-6 to Tennessee who is ranked number 2 in the country but Tennessee has been so good in every game all season and they might just have the best team in the country despite their number 2 rank. Kentucky is a lot better than the way Tennessee made them look and they will play with some pride here to try and bounce back against a much worse team. Missouri just pulled off a big road win in their last game as they upset South Carolina but Mizzou hasn't been a very good team all season and this is going to be a let down spot for them coming off that big road win. Kentucky is a much better team here and they will be playing with some anger after the way they lost last week. The best way to place a bet here is on Kentucky to cover the spread in this game.

Notable Quotes

“We got beat by a better football team. They beat us in virtually every area. Out-coached us, out-played us. Very good football team. You’ve got to come in here and play as good as you can in every area to expect to compete with a team that’s top three in the country and we didn’t do that tonight. I felt like there were moments early where you gotta capitalize. You got to convert.” - Mark Stoops after his team’s loss against Tennessee in their last game.

“It was a tough three weeks. There’s no reason to give up now. I showed and we showed what we can do.” - Brady Cook after their win against South Carolina in their last game.
