Kent State vs Oklahoma Prediction

The current betting odds have Oklahoma listed as a 33 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. Oklahoma had a very dominant performance over UTEP in their last game but they still allowed 13 points while only putting up 45. Their defense is a lot better than in previous years though as their new head coach was the defensive coordinator at Clemson for so many years and has really made it a point to make this one of the best defenses in the Big 12. They still have a great offense though and Dillon Gabriel is only going to grow in this offense as they play more games. Kent State just got blown out by Washington in their last game, failing to even cover the spread which was over 20 points, and they didn't move the ball very well in that game either. Washington has always been a good defensive program too, but they are going to run into the same problems here with this great defensive coach at Oklahoma. The points will come for Oklahoma and their offense in this game while the defense makes it hard for Kent State to score here. The best way to place a bet here is on Oklahoma to cover the spread in this game.
