Kansas State vs Oklahoma Prediction
The current betting odds have Oklahoma listed as a 13 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. Oklahoma looked really good in their last game against Nebraska and that was their 1st road test of the year too. They answered the call with a very dominant performance from start to finish on both defense and offense. Their offense was struggling in their games before that one but they fixed whatever problems they were having as they put up their highest number of points in a game all season and every possession they had the ball, they looked very dangerous with it getting into scoring position most of the time. KSU just had a terrible game where they lost at home to Tulane but they haven't been winning a lot of their games convincingly either. They are more of a defensive team as they don't score a lot of points with their offense but KSU will not be able to keep up with Oklahoma here and this game could get ugly quickly. Oklahoma has always had a good offense but it looks a lot different this year under head coach Venables and he has also added the element of a good defense which they were lacking for years before. Oklahoma has the potential to be a very dangerous team this year with Dillon Gabriel leading the offense and Brent Venables revamping this defense. The best way to place a bet here is on Oklahoma to cover the spread in this game.

Notable Quotes
"Teams are going to key on Deuce because he's a special player. We've got to ways to get the ball to Malik (Knowles) and Phil (Brooks) and Kade (Warner) and those guys, and let them have opportunities with the ball in space. We've got to be more efficient." - Chris Klieman after his team’s loss against Tulane in their last game.
"We've not done anything but win our first road game. No one here is beating their chest. Today was a good, strong win and I think we improved today in lots of different ways." - Brent Venables after his team’s win against Nebraska in their last game.
