They have been a very bad program for years though so making it back to a Bowl game here was a big accomplishment for them. Arkansas is still an SEC team though and they are a lot better than Kansas is with their backup QB, Arkansas is also looking to end their season off with a win after the way things went for them this season. They will be more motivated to bounce back here and they have a much better team anyway. The best way to place a bet here is on Arkansas to cover the spread in this game.
