Colts vs Steelers Prediction

The current betting odds have the Colts listed as a 3 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Colts have looked great in their games this season with their 7-1 record overall which has them right at the top of the AFC South with the best record in the entire NFL. They are off a 38-14 win over the Titans in their last one and they have been rolling over opponents all season. They have been the biggest surprise of the season with Daniel Jones reviving his career in Indianapolis, but they also have a good defense and one of the best running backs in the NFL too. Meanwhile, the Steelers have looked good in their games this season with their 4-3 record overall which has them right at the top of the AFC North. They had a great start to the season, but they haven't looked as good lately. They are off a 35-25 loss to the Packers in their last one and they have lost 2 games in a row now. Their defense is also supposed to be their strength, but they have looked terrible lately with over 30 points given up in 2 straight games. The offense has looked good with Rodgers, but they don't have a ton of weapons for him to work with and the run game hasn't been great either. The Colts are looking like a true Super Bowl contender this season and they are the better team in this game in every facet. The best way to place a bet here is on the Colts to cover the spread in this game.

Notable Quotes

“It’s hard to put into words, to be honest, because when you see the way he’s running, the way guys are blocking for him, it’s special. He’s running hard, running physical and even when things aren’t clean in there, he’s finding ways to get 3, 4 yards. When he hit that 80-yard touchdown run down the sideline and stayed in bounds, that’s as impressive as it gets.” - Shane Steichen after his team’s win against the Titans in their last game.

“We've just got to be better in all areas and it starts first with the positions that we put players in and so as coaches, as players, as all of us, we own it. We’ll be better. We have to be.” - Mike Tomlin after his team’s loss against the Packers in their last game.
