Texans vs Jets Prediction

The current betting odds have the Texans listed as a 1 point underdog in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Texans have looked really good in their games this season with their 6-2 record overall which has them leading the AFC South with the best record in the division. They just widened their lead in the division too, coming off a home win against the Colts in their last one. Meanwhile, the Jets have looked terrible in their games this season with their 2-6 record overall which has them at the bottom of the AFC East. It has been a rough few weeks for this team, firing their head coach Robert Saleh and even bringing in WR Davante Adams, but none of it has worked as the Jets are still searching for a win to break their losing streak. Now they are at home on a shorter week here, but they are coming off a loss to the Patriots in their last one and that was a pathetic loss for them to take. They needed to win that game to get back in the division and not only did they lose, they lost in a game that their defense didn't even give up 250 total yards in. This Jets team is a complete disaster right now with Aaron Rodgers starting to show his age and the Texans are looking like one of the best teams in the AFC right now. The best way to place a bet here is on the Texans to cover the spread in this game.
