Texans vs Jaguars Prediction

The current betting odds have the Texans listed as a 7.5 point underdog in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Texans are the worst team in the NFL and the only team that doesn't have a win through 4 games, but they haven't been playing as badly as their record suggests. They have lost 3 of their 4 games with 1 tie against the Colts but they are 2-1-1 ATS with their 1st ATS loss coming in their last game against the Chargers. This is also a divisional game so the Texans are going to play hard here, and they already have a tie in their only other divisional game this year which isn't great but it's better than a loss. The Jaguars have started the season hot, they are only 2-2 but they have a very good young team with a great coach and they are going to have a very good season this year with a chance to even win their division. The Texans haven't been a walkover in any of their games this year though and with this being a divisional game they are going to give a great effort here. The Jags should be able to win this game at home but this is too many points for them and the Texans are a team that likes to stick around in their games. The best way to place a bet here is on the Texans to cover the spread in this game.
