Packers vs Buccaneers Prediction

The current betting odds have the Packers listed as a 3.5 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Packers haven't looked good in their games this season with their 1-2 record overall which has them right near the bottom of the NFC North. They haven't been a great road team either with their 1-1 road record this year. Meanwhile, the Buccaneers have looked terrible in their games this season with their 0-3 record overall which has them right at the bottom of the NFC South. They have looked terrible on their home field too with their 0-2 home record this season. The Buccaneers are coming off a 23-16 loss to the Vikings in their last one and they have been a big disaster this season. They lost at home to a Vikings team that didn't take a single snap in the red zone and now they have lost their starting QB Baker Mayfield to injury. The defense looked better against the Vikings, but that was also against a bad offense and the Buccaneers offense has been a mess themselves. The Packers haven't looked any better this season and they just got embarrassed in their home opener by the Falcons, losing 35-14. Their offense has been a disaster too with a ton of injuries all over, but they still have their starting QB Jordon Love and he has the talent to put the team on his back here in a desperate situation. The Packers can't lose this game with how bad the Bucs have looked this season and they have a big advantage with the Bucs rolling out rookie QB Jalon Daniels who went undrafted. This should be a get right game for the Packers, so look for the Packers to take advantage of this disaster start to the season in Tampa Bay. The best way to place a bet here is on the Packers to cover the spread in this game.

Packers Buccaneers Prediction:  Our NFL Pick for Sunday, October 4, 2026 (1:00 pm ET start time) is Packers 24 Buccaneers 10.
