Packers vs Buccaneers Prediction

The current betting odds have the Packers listed as a 2.5 point underdog in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. This game looks like it has the wrong team favored here. The Bucs may be 2-0 to start the season while the Packers are only 1-1, but the Packers have a much better team overall. The Bucs have a very good defense this season under Todd Bowles but he has not done much to improve on their offense as they have struggled to score points and even move the ball in their games. They haven't scored more than 20 points in either game and they have so many injuries to their receiving corps, Mike Evans out with a suspension now too, Tom Brady has no one to throw the ball to even if he has a great game. They haven't been able to get their run going and Tom Brady looks like he is finally done in the NFL as he simply cannot make the plays he used to. The Packers do not have many weapons to throw to either but they have a great running game between Jones and Dillon, and Rodgers is also a lot younger and more mobile than Brady so he can make the plays he needs to if the pocket collapses on him. The Packers are the better team here and this is a game Rodgers has circled to beat Brady and get the win for his team here. The best way to place a bet here is on the Packers to win this game and cover the spread.
